乳房主要由皮膚、乳腺腺體、支持結(jié)締組織和起保護(hù)作用的脂肪組成，脂肪的內(nèi)側(cè)是乳腺腺體。奶量的多少主要看乳房中乳腺腺體的發(fā)育情況、激素的水平如何以及哺乳過(guò)程中媽媽的情緒、情感;不能單憑乳房的大小判斷奶量的多少。有的乳房雖然大，但是由于激素水平失衡，而且乳房中有過(guò)多的脂肪沉積，產(chǎn)生的乳汁并不多。
